Do you have staffing?
Yes, we can staff weddings with bartenders, butlers, and a captain (our inhouse catering wedding coordinator).
Do you rent tables, chairs, linens etc.?
No we do not, we just handling catering and bar services. However we have a lot of contacts throughout the state for your rental needs and happy to pass them along.
Timing for our wedding reception.
◦ Most wedding receptions with a cocktail hour has at least a 5 hour bar.
◦ If you book our services for both cocktail hour passed hors d’oeuvres and dinner service, we require a 1-hour break from the end of cocktail hour until dinner is served. In this time we need to clean our trucks, flip everything around and cook the new menu for dinner. During this time our clients usually do their wedding party introductions, first dances, and speeches.
◦ When planning your wedding timing please keep in mind time of year and sunset. Most weddings want to get at least the first 45 minutes of dinner service in prior to sunset.
How do we sample the food
We host wedding clients for private food tasting dates every month. You will be invited to a tasting once a menu and say of schedule is in place. The tasting is free to the couple; any additional guest will be $20.
At our tastings you will sample the entire proposed menu and discuss services and any wedding details/questions you may have.

Do you have a restaurant?
After 40 years we closed our restaurant Spring of 2022 to focus full time on our catering and party truck business.
