Eliminate the need to Plan, Shop, Prep Food, Cook, Serve, and Clean Up. All you need to do is send the invites! With a passion for food and service our event staff is: creative, energetic, and always the life of the party. We go above and beyond to accommodate all of your requests and make sure your guests are having a wonderful experience.

Our parties start with 45-60 minutes of set up time (depending on party size) where we will prep and cook everything fresh, on-site. You and your guests will then have two hours of all you can eat food from one of our beautiful 100% self contained party trucks.

All of our trucks and facilities are 100% nut free.

We are built for speed; our average party size is 125 guests. Events with 200+ guests are no problem; we can feed everyone in our two hour food service window. We are constantly cooking throughout the duration of your party, so we do not need to cook by the order. Guests will never be in line after ordering as we have hot food ready. Our team is just assembling by the order and your guests should have their plates within 15 seconds. The best part is guests can come up and eat whatever they want, whenever they want, for the duration of the serving time!

We require final numbers 2 weeks prior to your event. This means if you book for 75 but in a few months later you need to drop down to 50 guests that’s totally fine. We recommend you do not wait to book as most of our weekend timeslots book out months in advance.

All truck parties include: high quality unbleached plant fiber disposable plates, utensils, and napkins. Each truck has a 12x12 awning over the service window to shade and protect from light rain.

We will provide trash receptacles for guests when necessary. We will remove all trash produced by our team during service including disposables. Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for removing additional trash produced by other aspects of the event.

We also have a staffing company; let us know if you will need bartenders, servers, or butler service for your event.

To officially book your Loco Party Truck event submit your information under the “Book A Truck” tab on the top of the website. Within 24 hours you will get an email and invoice, you can pay your deposit via credit card in the link in the email or mail in a check. Once the deposit is collected you will receive a confirmation email and will go on our calendars. Deposit is non-refundable, but transferable up

to two weeks prior to event. Our Travel Fee is $75 per hour round trip from Fairfield, CT. All events have an 18% Service Fee which is divided between the event staff, non-event staff, and costs directly and indirectly associated with executing events.
